I had an absolutely amazing time at Bambu this afternoon. The staff were really friendly and welcoming! : ) Food: The pantan waffle was super good. It had the perfect combination of a crispy exterior and sticky texture inside. The flavors were also outstanding, and I couldn't get enough of it. Drink: "Bac Xiu" coffee was amazing. The richness of this special coffee was truly impressive. Each sip was a delight and I liked the combination of condensed milk and coffee. It was a truly satisfying and delicious experience that left me wanting more. “Bambu Favourite” had lots of toppings and those layers were absolutely delicious. Love it! Overall it’s a very nice cafe! Staff, drinks and food are incredibly good! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for delicious treats. I am now craving for another cup already.

This spot is a gem for dessert lovers! They offer an impressive variety of delicious desserts and creative drinks that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. The only downside is the limited seating, so it’s better suited for takeout or a quick treat. Highly recommend stopping by for a delightful indulgence!

I had this brand of desserts in the USA and really enjoyed it. The offerings here is a large variety. For my visit I ordered the Halo Halo and the Avocado Smoothie My family enjoyed the smoothie and the Halo Halo was also good. I unfortunately did not get to enjoy it fresh as it melted quite a bit by the time I got home :( Staff was friendly and the space was clean. Not a great deal of seating but there is some patio seating outside.

They've got a lot of amazing options here so it was hard to pick but I got the chocolate banana smoothie and the pandan waffle. The smoothie was the perfect amount of sweetness for me while not being overly heavy and the pandan waffle was a real standout with how crispy and chewy it was. The service was friendly, everything's reasonably priced, and it all tasted fresh and delicious — what's not to love? Will definitely have to come back soon to get another waffle and try out some other drinks.

Amazing experience - nearly walked passed it by the look from the outside. I had two of their special drinks! Their Vietnamese Che was very nice They do have Wifi and some seating areas but it’s clearly more for take away I ordered the number 1 Bambu Special coconut pandan jelly longan basil seed, coconut water, bursting mango boba #5 Smashed avocado Fresh avocado, boba, coffee & rainbow jelly & coconut milk instead of condensed milk Both super delicious Originally I wanted to have a coffee shake but they are already pre made with condensed milk - so not vegan Only concern: please change the straws!!! They might be more sustainable but I could not use it After less than a third of the drink the straw wasn’t good anymore because of the paper it just does not work!

Great drink options (including dairy-free ones) here although I find their drinks tend to be a bit on the sweeter side. Make sure you ask for less sugar if you don’t like it too sweet. Otherwise, it’s a cute little place with an Instagram-worthy back drop and two swings. The Vietnamese coffee is the best I’ve had so far in the city. Update: they’ve changed their Vietnamese coffee beans and are working on perfecting the new recipe. I love their pandan waffle. It’s the best I’ve had - crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. This is best enjoyed fresh from the store... or if you must wait or get it delivered, make sure you use the oven or air fryer before indulging. And Annie is the best. She is warm, thoughtful, and super accommodating. I also find that the quality of their food and drink are quite consistent here.

I love Bambu! It’s def a hole in the wall type of store. My fav drink is the mangonada! I love how they always fill the cup to the brim. It’s worth every penny. And the size is prettty decent for the price.

Fave Vietnamese Che place in Vancouver! Their desserts and drinks are absolutely something you will crave. Can't believe I haven't written a google review for them and we have been coming here since maybe 2017?! We got our friends and family addicted too! Fave drinks are #10 Bambu Favourite, #5 Smashed Avocado (add Durian if you love Durian), Fruit Addict, Mango Dazzle, and Mangonada..ohh and their waffles! Don't even get me started. My list can go on but just go if you haven't!
